The MAXADAPTOR MAX3DWV is a universal shielded transition coupling designed for drain, waste, and vent (DWV) applications. Fits pipe OD range of 3.00 to 4.13 inches and connects most pipe materials including steel, ABS, SCH 40, SDR 35, cast iron, extra heavy cast iron, asbestos cement, stainless steel, copper, ductile iron, and clay. Features AISI 304 series stainless steel components with injection-molded EPDM rubber sealing gasket and a high-impact polyamide (nylon) securing cage for a watertight, leakproof seal. For non-pressure, sanitary and DWV applications only. Suitable for above and below ground installations. IAPMO listed.
